Rosetic Closes $7.88M Oversubscribed Seed Round
Rosetic, the hybrid AI software development platform formerly known as Byggr, announced today that they have completed an oversubscribed $5M Seed round, accepting $7.88M and shifting focus squarely to scaling revenue and execution. Strong global investor demand continues as we progress through our current tranche.
Rosetic is pioneering a new era of hybrid deterministic AI, a technology that blends the creativity of probabilistic Large Language Models (LLMs) with the structure and precision of the company’s proprietary Deterministic Language Model (DLM). This hybrid approach enables engineers and organizations to generate secure, compliant, and reproducible software while reducing token usage by up to 80 percent compared to conventional LLM systems.
“This funding validates the belief that the future of software development will not be probabilistic guesswork but deterministic precision,” said Björn Stansvik, CEO at Rosetic. “Our hybrid model bridges human creativity with machine logic, unlocking enterprise-grade software generation that is faster, more efficient, and fully auditable.”
The Seed funding round attracted participation from a diverse group of global investors, reflecting broad confidence in Rosetic’s vision and technology. The capital will be used to expand the company’s engineering team, scale its hybrid AI infrastructure, and support early enterprise deployments.
Private Beta Underway
In parallel with the funding milestone, Rosetic has launched its Private Beta, following 18 months of intensive development by a 25-person team. The invite-only program includes a select group of early partners using Rosetic across real-world workflows such as SaaS backend generation, including CRM systems, HR platforms, scheduling tools, and inventory management applications.
Beta participants receive free early access, dedicated onboarding, and direct input into Rosetic’s product roadmap. Their feedback will shape refinements ahead of the company’s commercial launch next quarter.
“Our private beta is about partnership,” said Mark Robinson, Chief Operations Officer at Rosetic. “We’re working directly with innovators who are testing Rosetic across live workflows and helping us perfect the hybrid model before we scale globally. Their collaboration ensures that what we deliver is production-ready from day one.”
Looking Ahead
With its Seed round complete and Pre-Series A now open, Rosetic is positioned for rapid growth. The company plans to expand its product capabilities, deepen its enterprise integrations, and strengthen its hybrid AI framework as it prepares for commercial launch in early 2026.
Rosetic’s mission is clear: to make professional-grade software generation human-led, AI-enabled, and deterministic by design.
