This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the privacy practices applicable to Byggr, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including the websites and platforms that are operated by us (collectively, the “Services”). The Policy explains how personal information about you may be collected, used, and disclosed by us. The Policy also explains the rights and choices certain individuals may have regarding their own personal information that is subject to this Policy.
If we have entered into agreements with you or your company and there is a conflict between this Policy and those other agreements, those other agreements will control and supersede this Policy to the extent of the conflict. If you are provided access to the Services by a company or other organization and exercise certain options under this Policy (for example, request we delete your Personal Information), we are not responsible for the consequences of such request on your employment, education, or other interactions with such third party.
1. Information We Collect
We collect and receive information about you in connection with the Services. In some jurisdictions, this information may be considered Personal Information. Personal Information means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Personal Information does not include information that has been deidentified, pseudonymized or anonymized to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Account Information. When you use the Services, you or your company will provide information about you, which may include your name, company name, job title, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
Account Credentials. When you register to use the Services, we may collect your account information, such as username and password.
Contacting Us about the Services. When you contact us, you may provide information such as your name and email address. For example, you may send us an email or use our contact forms.
Input and Content. When you use the Services, you will input content (“Input”), which is used to provide the requested operation (“Output”).
Device and Browser Information. When you use the Services, we may collect information such as the type of browser and operating system you are using, the domain name of your Internet service provider, which pages you visit or functions you use and how long you spend on each, and the unique number (such as IP address) assigned to your server or Internet connection.
Service Providers. We collect information about individuals associated with service providers that we engage, such as name, company name, job title, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
Other Information. We may obtain Personal Information about you from third parties, including entities that direct you to or are accessible via the Services, and business partners.
You are not obligated to provide us with Personal Information. However, without your Personal Information, we may not be able to fulfill all available functions.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
When you visit the Services, we may place, or authorize third parties to place, cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies on your device (“Tracking Technologies”). These technologies help the Services operate more efficiently and improve your experience.
Tracking Technologies may be used for:
- recognizing you on return visits
- analytics and usage statistics
- interest-based advertising
We may use Google Analytics and similar services.
You may adjust device settings or use our website tool to block or manage some cookies, but doing so may limit functionality.
The Services do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, but they do respond to the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which turns off sharing of non-necessary cookies for the browser sending the signal.
3. Uses and Purposes of Information
We use Personal Information for:
- Providing the functionality and features of the Services
- Creating and managing your account
- Responding to inquiries and fulfilling requests
- Providing technical support
- Improving functionality, personalization, security, and content
- Conducting usage analytics
- Aggregating and/or deidentifying information
- Providing information about our products and services
- Developing new products and services
- Administering and enforcing contractual obligations
- Sending marketing communications and targeted ads
- Complying with legal obligations
- Preventing fraud
4. Disclosure of Personal and Other Information
We may share your Personal Information:
LLM Providers.
Your Input may be shared with third-party Large Language Models (“LLMs”) to provide the Services.
- OpenAI: Retains Input/Output for up to 30 days for misuse monitoring; not used for training.
- Google Gemini: Retains Input/Output for up to 30 days to enhance operational functionality.
- Anthropic: Retains Input/Output for operational purposes; not used for training.
If you integrate Third-Party LLMs, their terms and policies apply.
Service Providers.
We share information with third parties that assist with operating the Services. Stripe processes payments and collects card data under its own privacy policy.
Deidentified Information.
We may share information that cannot personally identify you.
Your Organization.
If your company or organization provides your access, we may share information with them (but not your Input/Output).
Business Transactions.
Information may be transferred during mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, or related events.
Legal and Safety.
We may disclose information to comply with laws, prevent unlawful acts, protect safety, or enforce terms.
With Consent.
We may share Personal Information when you consent.
5. Your Rights and Choices
Opt-Out of Marketing.
Contact us to opt out of marketing. We may still use your information for non-marketing purposes.
Email Unsubscribe.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.
Interest-Based Advertising Opt-Out.
You may opt out of certain third-party advertising trackers.
EEA/UK Data Subjects (GDPR)
Lawful bases include:
- Contract performance
- Legal obligations
- Legitimate interests
- Consent (where applicable)
You may request:
- access
- rectification
- restriction or objection
- transfer
- deletion
We will verify your identity before responding.
California and Other U.S. State Residents
If applicable laws apply (e.g., CCPA), you may request:
- to know categories and specific pieces of Personal Information
- deletion
- correction
- opting out of “sale” or “sharing” related to advertising cookies
We do not sell Personal Information for monetary value.
Requests may be submitted per Section 13. Authorized agents may act on your behalf with proper documentation.
6. Deleting or Updating Your Personal Information
You may request deletion or correction by contacting hello@byggr.ai.
If deleted, the Services will no longer function. We may deny requests when required or allowed by law.
7. Cross-Border Transfers
We are based in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., your information may be transferred and processed in the U.S., which may offer less stringent privacy safeguards. We rely on lawful mechanisms (consent, contracts, legal claims, etc.) for such transfers.
8. Data Retention
We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to:
- provide the Services
- respond to requests
- meet legal obligations
- resolve disputes
- comply with retention policies
- support legitimate interests

9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect information but cannot guarantee absolute security, especially for internet transmissions.
10. Other Websites and Links
The Services may contain links to other websites. Their privacy practices are not governed by this Policy.
11. Minors
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
If we have collected Personal Information from a minor without consent, parents/guardians may request deletion via hello@byggr.ai.
12. Revisions to This Policy
We may revise this Policy at any time. Significant changes will be announced through the Services or direct communication. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Policy.
